just stayed at traders hotel and had an amazing experience. from the moment we checked in until we checked out, the staff could not have been more friendly & helpful. the outside area is heavenly with comfy seats looking out over the beach & beautifully lit up. the food at the restaurant was awesome too. the room was clean and spacious, the valet parking was very convenient, and the overall stay was really enjoyable. definitely the best value for money among shangri la hotels.

the hotel is super clean, and the location is awesome - close to all major malls downtown. got a cool complimentary abra tour inside shangri-la! and the staff - especially mr.nimesh - were so friendly and helpful. also, breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices.

Very nice kindness. The man at the beach took care of us, providing towels and ensuring we were comfortable.

Great beach facilities, efficient valet parking, clean rooms, and excellent staff.
Felt very comfortable, no reason to complain.
